Sam is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and experienced lifting coach, known for his expertise in form, balance, and technique. With a solid background in martial arts, over a decade in the security field, and five years in bail enforcement, Sam also brings valuable first responder training in endurance and strength. His diverse experience and practical knowledge help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively.
