Born and raised in Delaware, Conley Markland is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Youth Fitness and Sports-Specific Training. With a background in coaching baseball and wrestling, Conley is passionate about helping young athletes hone their skills and reach their goals. He’s dedicated to creating personalized training programs that deliver results, whether your focus is weight loss, muscle gain, or overall fitness improvement. Currently prepping for his first bodybuilding show, Conley draws on his extensive experience as a former wrestling coach and current DIAA wrestling referee to guide his clients to success..
